Since 2006 I’ve freelanced under the name Creatrix Design; providing creative direction, illustration and design/development as well as online strategy for small business owners.
For over two years now I’d been very excited about an open source content management system called Drupal. I was first involved as a designer, creating multimedia content for several Drupal sites. Then as a site adviser for a Drupal community website.
In May of 2008 I went to my first Drupalcamp and was blown away by the fabulous Drupal community.
A couple of months later I joined the team at ImageX Media, a local Drupal Design & Development company, as one of their Solution Architects.
I love being a Solution Architect. It’s like being an Account Manger, Creative Director, Information Architect and Project Manager all in one. Every day is a new adventure…
